General
Not receiving emails? Many emails from the club are sent out from hotmail accounts. To make sure that you receive these, please add the email addresses for the Club Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer to your address book. For details please see the contact us page.
Do you have any questions or comments? Not sure who to ask? Got a burning issue you think needs addressing? The committee and coaching and teaching teams are always interested in know what you think about the club.Please write your comments and post in the suggestion box on the noticeboard or email, in confidence, to debensc.enquiries@hotmail.co.uk
Where can I find lost property? Lost property can be found in the poolside crate (ask a coach) or the pool staff may have it so ask at the desk.
Squads and Galas
How do I know if I have moved squads? You will recieve a letter at your training session telling you when and where you train with your new squad.
How do I know if I can go to a Gala? If you have been selected to swim for the club in a Gala you will be contacted by the Head Coach, usually by email, asking if you are available (there are no forms to fill in). Details of "Open" Galas will be emailed to you when you have reach the required level, and require you to complete an entry form and enclose a cheque.
