Teaching Times
The teaching section hold their 30 minute lessons at Deben Swimming Pool, Woodbridge.
Stages 4 to 8 are on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm and 6:30pm.

The pool is subdivided to suit each ability group.
Movement of swimmers from the teaching groups through to full squad training is done via the Junior squad. The Junior squad swim one evening per week and further movement through the squad structure demands additional evening and some morning training sessions.
